Program Professional Framework
Enterprise Project Management & Business Performance
Program Overview
Enterprise project management treats all of an organisation's projects as one managed system, so that investment goes to the initiatives that most improve business performance. This course covers strategic portfolio selection and prioritisation, capacity and resource management across projects, enterprise project governance and standards, the role of the PMO, and enterprise project management systems. It then connects project results to business performance through benefits management, balanced scorecard and OKR alignment, with examples from GCC entities delivering national strategy and transformation programmes.
