- Refund Policy: Full fees will be refunded after deducting any applicable bank transfer charges if the client requests a refund at least 5 working days before the start of the training program.
- Cancellation Right: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Nevada Training and Consulting Centre of your decision to cancel your attendance at the training program via a clear notice throw (an email to info@nevadatraining.net) or via a WhatsApp message to the company’s primary number: +971505292924 only.
- Cancellation Deadline: Compliance with the maximum cancellation period only requires that you send the cancellation notice before the cancellation deadline expires.
- Refund Timeline: Nevada Training and Consulting Centre will process the refund without unjustified delay, and no later than 14 days after you inform the centre of your decision to cancel your attendance at the training program.
- Bank Transfer Fees: Nevada Training and Consulting Centre will refund the amount via bank transfer after deducting any transfer fees incurred either upon receiving the amount or transferring it to the client’s account.
- Post-Program Start Cancellation: If the client requests a cancellation after attending the first session of the training program and there is no fault on the part of the centre, 25% of the total fees received will be deducted, after deducting any applicable bank transfer fees.
- No Automatic Cancellation After Deadline: You are not entitled to automatically cancel your attendance at the training program after the expiration of the cancellation period mentioned above. Any cancellation of the contract after that period requires the approval of Nevada Training and Consulting Centre.
- No Refund After Second Session: Under no circumstances can the client request a refund or cancel the training program once the second session has started.
- Personal Reasons: The client is not entitled to request any refunds if they apologize for not attending the training program due to personal reasons.
