Program Professional Framework
Agile HR Transformation – A to Z of Best Practices
Program Overview
Agile HR applies agile values and methods to how HR works and to the people practices it designs for the organisation. The programme covers the full journey: the agile mindset and manifesto adapted for HR, running HR work with Scrum and Kanban, building HR backlogs prioritised by employee and business value, and redesigning core practices such as continuous performance management, team-based goals with OKRs, flexible career paths and agile recruitment. It also addresses supporting the shift to cross-functional teams and squads, and measuring transformation progress, with attention to hierarchy and decision-making norms common in Gulf organisations.

Training Methodology
Applied Project & Assessment
Applied Project
Participants design an agile pilot for one HR process: HR backlog with prioritised user stories, a sprint plan, redesigned process prototype, feedback approach and metrics to judge whether to scale the practice.
Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
