Leaders communicate constantly, and their words shape direction, confidence and culture. This program builds powerful leadership communication: executive presence, communicating vision and strategy, storytelling, structuring messages with the pyramid principle, persuasive presentations, running purposeful meetings, communicating during change and crisis, and choosing the right channel. Participants practise with video feedback on presentations and briefings, including bilingual and cross-cultural audiences common in the Gulf, and refine a key message they need to deliver to their own teams or senior stakeholders.
