Next Generation Leadership

Organizations across the Gulf are investing in a new generation of leaders, often young nationals stepping into significant roles earlier than their predecessors. This program prepares emerging leaders for that responsibility: understanding their leadership identity, leading peers and older colleagues with credibility, using digital tools and data in leadership, leading agile and hybrid teams, building networks and sponsors, making purpose-driven and ethical decisions, and developing resilience. Participants work with peers on real organizational challenges and build a personal leadership roadmap.
