Program Professional Framework
Sustainable Leadership
Program Overview
Leaders are now expected to deliver performance that lasts: financial results achieved without depleting people, communities or the environment. This programme explores leadership for long-term value, combining responsible decision making with environmental, social and governance priorities. Participants examine stakeholder capitalism, integrating ESG into strategy and operations, net-zero and climate commitments, responsible supply chains, and building organisational cultures that protect wellbeing and develop talent over time. Gulf context includes national net-zero pledges, sustainability reporting expectations from regulators and stock exchanges, and the growing role of IFRS S1 and S2 in disclosure, while keeping focus on what leaders actually do differently.
