Program Professional Framework
القيادة المرنة والرشيقة Resilient & Agile Leadership
Program Overview
This programme helps leaders build organisations that bend without breaking and adapt quickly to change. It connects agile leadership practices, including the Agile Manifesto values, iterative planning, empowered cross-functional teams and servant leadership, with organisational resilience principles such as those described in ISO 22316, covering anticipation, absorption, adaptation and recovery. Participants learn to lead teams through uncertainty, sustain service continuity during disruption and build a culture of learning. Scenarios include digital service launches, supply disruptions and rapid policy changes affecting Gulf government and corporate entities.

Training Methodology
Applied Project & Assessment
Applied Project
Participants prepare an agility and resilience improvement plan for their unit: maturity diagnostic results, an agile operating rhythm for one initiative, a critical service vulnerability assessment with recovery measures and a learning review template.
Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
