Program Professional Framework
Ethical Leadership Training
Program Overview
Ethical failures by leaders damage public trust, invite regulatory action and erode employee commitment far faster than they can be repaired. This program builds the judgment and practices of ethical leadership: recognising ethical dilemmas, applying decision frameworks, role-modelling integrity, handling conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, encouraging speak-up and protecting whistleblowers, and embedding codes of conduct. Cases reflect the Gulf context, including anti-corruption and integrity bodies, public sector codes of conduct and the cultural dimensions of relationships and gift-giving, so leaders can act consistently under real pressure.
