Program Professional Framework
High Impact Leadership Programme
Program Overview
High-impact leaders achieve disproportionate results by focusing their time, influence and teams on what matters most. This programme develops that capability through clarifying a leadership agenda, setting direction and priorities, building high-performing teams, influencing without formal authority, holding people accountable with clear expectations and feedback, and leading change. Participants use diagnostics, peer coaching and realistic leadership simulations based on Gulf organizational settings, and commit to a leadership impact plan with measurable outcomes to be reviewed with their line manager.
