Program Professional Framework
Professional Certificate in Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Program Overview
This programme builds the everyday interpersonal capability that separates effective supervisors from merely competent ones: reading people and situations, adapting communication style, giving feedback that changes behaviour, and handling disagreement without damaging relationships. Participants work with tools such as the SBI feedback model, active listening protocols, DISC-style preference mapping and structured one-to-one conversations. Practice is anchored in multicultural Gulf workplaces, where teams often combine many nationalities, hierarchical expectations and indirect communication norms, so leaders learn to build trust, influence across levels and keep teams aligned during pressure and change.

Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
