Program Professional Framework
Professional in Training and Development
Program Overview
Training specialists are judged by whether learning changes performance, not by how many courses they run. This programme builds the full practitioner skill set across the training cycle: conducting a training needs analysis linked to performance gaps, writing measurable learning objectives using Bloom's taxonomy, designing sessions with the ADDIE model and adult learning principles, facilitating engaging face-to-face and virtual sessions, building assessments, and evaluating results with the Kirkpatrick model. Participants work with real organisational examples, including onboarding and technical training typical of GCC employers.

Training Methodology
Applied Project & Assessment
Applied Project
Participants design and deliver a short micro-session on a topic from their workplace, submitting the needs analysis summary, objectives, session plan, an assessment tool and an evaluation plan showing how on-the-job behaviour change will be measured.
Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
