Program Professional Framework
Successful Models for Planning, Executing & Building Partnerships
Program Overview
Partnerships succeed when they are planned with the same rigour as any major project and managed actively after signature. This programme follows the partnership lifecycle using proven practice models such as the Partnering Initiative's partnering cycle and the collaborative business relationship principles of ISO 44001. Participants learn to scope a partnership opportunity, map and engage potential partners, co-design objectives and shared value, negotiate agreements, set up joint governance and execution plans, and review and renew the relationship. Examples include government-private sector collaborations, corporate-community partnerships and supplier alliances in the Gulf, where partnerships are central to diversification and localisation goals.
