Program Professional Framework
The Leadership & Management Transition
Program Overview
The move from high-performing individual contributor to manager, or from managing a team to managing managers, is one of the most difficult career shifts. Drawing on the leadership pipeline concept of distinct passages that each require new skills, time allocation and work values, this programme helps participants understand what changes at their level and what they must let go of. It covers the first ninety days in a new role, managing former peers, delegating effectively, building a team, setting priorities and securing early wins. Practical tools include transition plans, role expectation conversations and stakeholder maps suited to Gulf organisations with clear hierarchies and close-knit teams.
