Program Professional Framework
Certified KPI Professional and Practitioner (CPE)
Program Overview
Defining indicators is only the first step; the value of KPIs comes from reliable data, sound interpretation and the decisions that follow. This programme follows the full KPI lifecycle from a practitioner's perspective: establishing measurement plans, collecting and validating data, analysing performance with trend and variation analysis, reporting insights to decision-makers, and embedding indicators in improvement and accountability routines. Participants practise distinguishing real change from noise, preparing performance narratives and reviewing indicator sets periodically, drawing on practices from Gulf ministries, utilities and banks.

Participants take three live indicators from their workplace, assess their data quality, analyse twelve periods of results with control limits, and produce an executive performance report with corrective action plans.
Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
