Program Professional Framework
Certified Professional Manager – Building Successful Team (CPE)
Program Overview
High-performing teams are built deliberately, not assembled by chance. This programme gives managers practical tools to form, develop and sustain effective teams: clarifying purpose and roles, building trust and psychological safety, managing team dynamics through each development stage, and setting shared goals and working agreements. It addresses the realities of Gulf workplaces, where teams are often multinational and multilingual, combine nationals and expatriates, and increasingly work in hybrid arrangements, and it closes with methods for measuring and improving team performance over time.
