Program Professional Framework
Crisis Management Certification
Program Overview
Crises test leadership, decision-making and communication at the moment when information is incomplete and pressure is highest. This programme builds the capability to prepare for, respond to and learn from organisational crises: crisis governance and team structures, scenario-based planning, situational awareness and decision-making under uncertainty, stakeholder and media communication, and the transition to recovery. It draws on ISO 22361 crisis management guidance and its interface with business continuity under ISO 22301, and reflects coordination with national emergency and crisis management authorities in the Gulf.
