Program Professional Framework
Certified Innovation Professional (CInP)
Program Overview
Innovation becomes a repeatable capability only when it is managed as a system with strategy, processes, portfolios and culture. This programme equips practitioners to build and run that system: defining innovation strategy and ambition, managing the idea-to-impact pipeline, applying design thinking and lean startup methods, governing an innovation portfolio and measuring results. It draws on ISO 56002 guidance on innovation management systems and reflects the innovation agendas of Gulf governments, including government innovation centres and national innovation strategies.

Training Methodology
Applied Project & Assessment
Applied Project
Each participant designs an innovation management blueprint for their organisation: innovation strategy statement, pipeline with stage gates, one concept tested through a design thinking sprint and an innovation scorecard with targets.
Assessment
Short diagnostic at the start, practical tasks linked to each learning outcome, and evaluation of the applied project against published criteria.
