Program Professional Framework
ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor
Program Overview
Leading an audit of a quality management system requires more than knowing ISO 9001:2015 clauses; it calls for planning an audit programme, managing an audit team, collecting objective evidence and writing nonconformities that stand up to challenge. This course follows the audit lifecycle described in ISO 19011:2018, from establishing objectives and scope through the opening meeting, evidence gathering, grading of findings and closing meeting to follow-up. Through role plays and case documents, participants practise first-, second- and third-party audit techniques relevant to Gulf organisations, including supplier audits in energy and construction supply chains.
